Castore - get rid?

Had to buy a kid's hoodie on Sunday 😕 normally a Small or Extra Small, can't complain it's a decent fit and was good to wear all day. Still think we need a new kit manufacturer, if Castore was not Everton I wouldn't touch their stuff. Who knows maybe there will be improvements next season...

I saw these on the online club shop yesterday, but they were already out of my size. The players wore these for the last game, but when I checked in the Everton one shop after the game, they didn’t have them, just that Cambridge blue top.

I think if we did a real away top with that badge, instead of the simple tower one, it would sell well.

I don't mind it, my son has the away one and it's held up it's quality. Problem is we don't have a badge that can be embroidered, so it has to be the iron on stuff, which we know comes away eventually. My son also has the Rangers castore kit from last year and that's smart as it's all embroidered apart from the sponsor.

Only issue I have is the training gear having Stake on it, ruins the look of them imo. No sponsors on training tops ever

To be fair to Castore, my lad has the Everton home kit, the Goodison training top and an Athletic Bilbao away shirt.

All been worn to death for nearly a year and still in fine condition. No plucking, fading, cracked logos…

Their adult stuff is horrendously overpriced obviously but no complaints about the quality of the kids gear I’ve bought.

Actually in the minority who doesn’t mind the Castore kit. It’s worth remembering it’s not possible to have a good kit wit a that monstrosity of a sponsor front and centre
I bought a home shirt for £15 as its the end of the season. Tried a range of solvents on it and found MEK (methyl ethyl ketone) dissolved off the vinyl logo quite nicely. No apparent effect on the fabric. It's left a glue residue behind, so you can still make out the word, just - but it's not in your face.

All kits look better without sponsors or badges in my view. (With the club badge obvs)
