Basically Moshiri routinely spent 100m per season, Moshiris big splurge season was just north of 200m partly offset by Lukakus sale. Most spending from Moshiri actually was offset by sakes recouping anywhere from 25-50% of the outlay even before the crap hit the fan a few years back.

Curious thing btw, TFG have spent more money net in two separate seasons at Roma than Moshiris net biggest spend in charge ever with us.

I think we can put together a competitive squad for next season for a transfer fee outlay of 100 - 150m.

For example
Ins:

kWP - free
Truffert - 10M
4th choice CB - loan
2 back up goalies < 10 m
Alcaraz : 15m
Lindstrom : 15m
Dan Neil : 15m
Striker: 35m
Tom fellows: 15m
Jason McAtee: 35m

Definately have to use the loan market better aswell imo, be good to use esp the foreign spots better with options to buy young talent. I am on the fence with lindstrom if moyes wants him then fine.

Id keep Begovic for another season as 3rd choice

He signed a contract I think last season for 6-7 years on record that he plans to retire at the end of it.

Not sayings it's impossible, and it would be a great choice, but it's take some selling by TFG to pride him away having previously turned down both LFC and ManUtd in the recent past.
I'll be honest mate, I'll be amazed if they got Barber. It would be a huge statement.

The Friedkin Group set to make ruthless Everton decision
The Friedkins have been questioned as everyone is not completely sure if they know what is best for the club.

But the new owners have already made a strong start, with Everton having a positive net spend, which now means the Toffees can strike in the summer.

This has been reiterated but not in the same manner, as according to The i Paper, the Friedkins are set to let go of a large number of players

We need a clear out

'Ruthless decisions', 'strong start', 'best for the club'...

...they dont even know where the club play. They just know it's in Beatle City.

Get off your fat Texan arses and attend a game you frauds.

Dave, if you were in the crowd when Jesus was handing out the loaves and fishes you'd scream, " Call yourself the Messiah, where's the feckin' chips" ?

Proof will be in the summer. It’s effectively 2016 all over again except we’re starting from a lower base but that’s weighed off against having more revenue coming in.

We can’t lose this opportunity again. If 5th place starts to become available for CL football regularly then it could be a realistic target for us in a few seasons if we recruit correctly.
