Not a perfect weekend, but not a disaster. Bournemouth winning is a kicker, as they are no longer nailed on to go down, but Forest not winning is a key. They needed a win in that game, with their fixtures to come, where I think they have 4 of the "top 6" to play in their final 10. Wolves seem to be running out of steam and goals, and with their final 2 games beign away at Arsenal and United (essentially 0 points) them staying in touch helps. Also happier with Palace winning than Leicester. Palace have a good run in, so happy for them to bury Leicester. A lot of people keep saying Leicester too good to go down, but for me, if you're in the bottom 3 with 10 games to go, you are not too good to go down.Leeds being hammered continues their trajectory downwards as well.
So a bit of a mixed bag. If we can avoid defeat on Monday it's a pretty reasonable set of results, and we can gain some ground on a number of the teams.
More than a mixed bag for me mate.

B'mouth result aside - almost entirely down to Willian and Mitrovic's unavailability - they were 3 hammer blows to Leeds, Leicester and Forest.

I'd like to see WHU beat S'ton tomorrow. For me that would place massive pressure on them with City, Palace and Arsenal their next three fixtures. Forest: stick a fork in them they're almost done with that collapse today. Leicester: I agree with you - they've taken 1 point from the last 18 available. You have to wonder when the 'great players' show up and rescue them.

I agree mate. Dyche will see this as the key to the door.

Spurs will be tough though. They're 5th in the PL form table over the last 6 games and where they should be in the real table. That said, I believe we saw off two more difficult opponents in recent weeks by beating Arsenal and then the bang in form Brentford.

It's very doable.
It won’t be easy but the Arsenal template shows we are well capable of beating Spurs as well.

It means way more us than to them and our Goodison faithful will get us over the line.

Going to go right down to the wire

Certainly looks that way , it would be entertaining to watch if we weren’t slap bang in the middle of it.
I think there'll be a couple of escapees that join Palace and get away from the final day game trauma.

There'll be about 4 maybe 5 in the final day shake up.

We need to get 3 of our 4 our home game's won to avoid that. That or win two of them and one on the road.

We've got a great chance.

I suppose Spurs will also see it as a chance to show how Conte was the issue - and Kane with his England record will be dangerous and in front of a live sky audience wanting to show off.

We've got to expect a very tough game.

But the reward for us would be amazing. A real leap up the table with more winnable games to come.

We could do with a couple of consecutive wins to give us a boost.

I’m never confident about Spurs but I’m confident in Dyche and the best of us who will be roaring us on Monday.

Our lads will have no time for record scorers bumph, boot him early and get our tails up.

We’re doing this.

Leicester stink of being in free fall to me. Their home form has been dire. We play them at the King Power early May. 3 points there would be v important I feel. Anyway, need to focus on the games more immediate.

Min of 4 points in our next 3 games will be enough.

Honestly I expect 6 points. No reason why we can’t go for 7.

As others have said, so many 6 pointers in the last 10 rounds of games some will go for and some against.

But I expect Southampton, forest, and either Leeds or Leicester to be the ones that go!

Yes. A repeat of last season's win would be brilliant.

I have a feeling we'll pick up more draws on the road on the run in to add to the two Dyche has added since being here. That's ok, just as long as we get 2-3 more home wins.

I expect Everton under Dyche to take points from most games. That's been the pattern so far.

I cant see us losing too many of the last 10 we have left, and that's what gives me confidence we're getting out of this.

I thought Tielemans was injured and out for the season, how’s he on the bench?

Ah right, didn't realise. Just thought they know he's leaving on a free so were playing more committed players. That's a boost as he's the sort that can hit a wonder strike out of nothing and a relegation threatened team does need that.
