The toilets by us in the lower west there is only two cubicles, and I think the vapours use them, so if you have been on the guiness you are knackered. I never use them but in an emergency you'd be up the creek without a paddle.

The toilet thing is maddening, particularly as there is clearly room in many of the toilet blocks for more urinals. Hopefully it's something they can sort in the summer.
