This is the exact point that infuriates me with the constant Moyes criticism. He obviously sets us up in a way which he thinks is the best way of winning the game. Sometimes that means playing players who are less exciting but stay in shape...
….before I retired I used to hate getting in the lift to come home at this time of year, press the ground floor button and the voice says ‘going down’. I imagine there’s plenty of people in London having that experience right now.
Teams tend to lose a bit of flow when you have a long break. But going away to London and getting the point when we’re are neck-and-neck is a good result, I think.
Always disappointing not to win, but the manner of getting the result showed good...
