Yup. Luton took 3 in their away fixtures (no prizes for guessing who that was against)
Luton's remaining home fixtures:
- Bournemouth (L reverse fixture)
- Brentford (L reverse fixture)
- Everton (W reverse fixture FFS)
- Fulham (L reverse fixture)
Everton's remaining home fixtures:
- Burnley...
Funny isn't it? The general gist for so long on this forum (rightly or wrongly) is that Luton are so dangerous at home and giving everyone a real good game, and yet we're absolutely atrocious and can't see where our next win is coming from.
And yet, here we are with a better home record than them.
Luton: 15 home games played, 12 points earned.
Everton: 14 home games played, 13 points earned.
I'm not saying for one second that our home form is good, but if you think they are decent at home then you must think we are too.
If 777 falls through (which is looking more and more likely by the minute) I'd be gobsmacked if there weren't other buyers/investors waiting in the wings. As/when 777 finally walk away, it'll be interesting to see what comes out of the woodwork.
