Same thing happened to a Spanair flight Madrid airport early 2000s. Flaps not extended for takeoff. Apparently it’s almost certain doom to take without flaps extended. The takeoff video isn’t clear but there doesn’t seem to be flaps extended...
My best mate is a pilot and he said the flaps weren't extended.
Apparently they needs to be fully extended to take the weight of the plane.
