Fair point, but... I think (at least hope) Moshiri has learnt a lesson that his quixotic thinking does not work if the fans turn against him. Based on his eating crow after the RIDA was booted. He and whoever will know that majority of the fans (barring a few utopians) are behind the manager...

He is bowing out this year, but I think (as I see it from far away), having a stable and halfway decent CBs is also helping him concentrate on his own corner of the field, and should be good enough for an extended run in the first team.

Or maybe move him into the "Mark Noble" role Moyes had going on at West Ham, mind you not position wise, but role-wise. Have some young guy captain the team on the pitch, but Coleman remains the club captain, and comes in as impact sub for crucial games, he still has skills for limited number...

I think, it is going to be one more season of struggle in the first half, but I hope for continuity's sake we persist with the manager. I think and hope that whatever system that Lampard wishes to bring in will take hold after 10-12 games and we should be fine somewhere in the 10-15 position...

I dunno, Moyes seems to have some kind of skills to get defenders working better than expected. His Everton teams bear proof of that. Even at West Ham, he got Dawson from Watford for pittance, and Watford fans were overjoyed at seeing the back of Dawson. move the calendar one year and voila...

Not sure about this, but I read somewhere Tarkowski is at 100K/w at Burnley, doubt if he would come down to 70k/week. As I mentioned, I am not sure whether I read it or dreamt it, so take it as what it is, unsubstantiated tale-in-the-wind. Though, I will try to nail down the source if I can...

What I don't really get is why he get so much grief from "supporters": Coleman doesn't pick himself in the team roster. Coleman did not make himself the captain. Coleman did not willingly lose pace. Coleman did not willingly break his legs. Coleman did not throw tantrums to get a lucrative...
