Our youth system isn't, but the club for the best part of 2 decades hasn't had a clue how to develop a player once they reach first team age outside of farming them out on loan which I think mightve been closer to his point. -

Neiler replied to the thread January Transfer Window 2026.Job of work for the recruitment team is 2 - 3 new full backs, a couple of centre half's and a couple of central midfielders. Not to worried if we dont do anything until next summer, probably prefer it to be honest.
