It was what stuck in my memory when I spoke to him....not likely to forget that!! Don't know what age he was when he moved to SW Dublin. His funeral and burial are in Glenealy. Seems like it was a stroke...

I have a vague memory of him being involved in that pub now that you sat it. It was a couple of ex-garda involved. Someone from Eire Og in Greystones mentioned it too me I think.
