I agree. Moyes had some great teams, and he left in 2013 to pursue what was popularly regarded as a step up from Everton. There's this floating narrative of those teams playing an ugly game that also feels quite revisionist to me. Not what I remember from the likes of Pineaar, Arteta, Baines...
