I’m very confident with Moyes in charge. He’ll improve us over last season. I think relegation fears should disappear well before December.

It would be a no from me for Carsley. I don’t know who should replace Moyes. But I want us to be playing in Europe consistently. If we keep recycling managers we’ll stay where we are. We need ambition, creativity, and stability. We need managers...

This is a great post. I am lucky (in Everton terms) to be older than you. I'm 53. You have summed up my position on "legends" and succinctly presented the sad reality of the generation of fans that followed mine. Your post is notable for its...

Tbf, our hands are still tied financially. I look forward to the day when we can make transfers like the RS and others in the big 6 right out of the gate. Given the money we have, I guess it’s so far so good and we’ll see if we can get the best...

I think the Coleman signing was done out of respect for Seamus and to have him be on the club the first season in BMD. Don’t see him playing much. His leadership will surely help any transfers we sign.

Going to a promoted side makes a lot of sense. He’d get the minutes on the pitch he’s been wanting.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they kept Keane. A lot has to do with who’s available in the market and our spending restrictions. We need upgrades in the back. But when they’re all healthy, having Tarks, Myko, Branthwaite, and Jake is a solid line...

I think Dom’s track record going back many years now would indicate the type of year to expect. He’d be good for a handful of goals and there’s always a risk of reinjuring his hamstring. Good move by the club. Better to release too soon than too...

A GOT commune. Sounds great, I'll bring the weed.

Looking back, it was clear he was going to be let go. Moyes rarely played him. And when he did it was near the very end of the match. Dom didn’t show much in those times. I think injuries derailed his career. This is the type of move we have to...

It's a footy forum that is designed to provide discourse through people expressing their opinions, at the same time this thread especially this summer has been giving me crazy migraines

I'd like Barry and that Ivanovic lad at Millwall, think he might offer something a bit different up top and not mind a bit part short term while he develops. Then get Chermiti a good loan for the season.

Patterson can’t play CB…he can’t even play RB

There’s no gamble at all when it comes to deciding on keeping Charly. Sign the lad. He’s an Evertonian.

Leap like salmon for the goal. Magnificent.
