The goal was much more down to Branthwaite getting lost on the left than it was down to Patterson, it meant O'brien had to shift to LCB and Patterson to RCB positions. -

How much has been saved with player turn over off the weekly outgoings? I prefer this than sacking the tea lady and the kit man like that shower up the east lancs have been brazen about doing.

Id rather us sign the right players even if it takes longer than the wrong players and be no better off and stuck paying big wages till the contracts run out.

…so far, so good. We’ll strengthen further by the end of the window, I have no doubt about that. Just glad we’ve got a new regime in place identifying and negotiating with players.
