What is like about him is his confidence. He's not cocky or trying to be 'the man' with his team mates, but he knows he's good. Trusts his ability and can back it up. Hopefully he drags one or two up to perform better.

I reckon Ndiaye goes mental this season with Grealish attracting all the attention. 2 players you absolutely want to double team.
