I think you've got the nail on the head. Both Grealish and Bowen are excellent players , very much suited to the PL.and in particular how Moyes plays. However if you buy both you get 2 maybe 3 more productive seasons from them and thats it...

Tbf he's hardly a seasoned international and likely won't ever play for England again.
