It’s a reflection of how far we’ve fallen that we went from Baines to Digne to Mykolenko. He’s bang average and offers absolutely nothing in an attacking sense. We are crying out for 2 new full backs and have been since we sold Digne.

I hope you keep posting mate, as it`s always good to have the views from good lads and girls from other teams on here. We`ve got a couple of posters from Palace ( a forum regular @Alan Whittle ) a Baggies fan and regular @Littlesue a couple of...

We bumped into him in Portugal and he said (his exact words) "he has loads of time for the toffees"!! ...the wife got a picture with him and said he smelt lovely. :) In a game full of absolute tossers....he seems a genuinely nice bloke.

Hmm, not sure where to start with that one. It would be nice to see Graham get some minutes this year just to get a look at him. If he’s good enough he will get a chance soon.

Think Cov need an Ernie Machin ( one for the older readers) type figure in central midfield

Ill flip if we sign Stones, a real mark of a lack of ambition: 1. His career is winding down - i dont see him arsed here beyond a pay packet waiting to retire. 2. We have enough centre half's. 3. His fitness cant be relied on to play...

If I'm honest, Stones a few years ago I would have jumped at, but we would be behind a very long queue, now I wouldn't touch him, injury prone in my view. Ake at 31, too old and has never really stood out for me, that money could be better spent...

Dunc, by his own admission, wouldn't have had anything like the number of injuries nowadays that he had back in the day, even with his lifestyle. 30 years ago, nobody understood the importance of core strength conditioning in preventing hernias...

I don’t want to catch up on 15 pages of ‘Jack had a few beers’ but I think it’s a disgrace that he’s portrayed as some kind of alcoholic because he gets pissed occasionally, everyone needs to blow off steam sometimes and then most important thing...

I hate this time of year. Acolytes of Zatara descend on the forum posting fantasy teams.

Well, it was , of course, a tongue in cheek comment. That said we have complained for years about the inability of our commercial department to raise income and how we lag so badly behind other clubs and complain when they try to do something...
