Its not. Its just a decorative piece of tat that will have cost the club pennies to make in a sweatshop somewhere. Its absolutely scandalous that they're presenting it as some sort of impressive collectable item.

Tried to renew my seat at the front of Upper South but it says my seat isn't available. Its giving me a seat about 25 rows back instead. What's going on?

Mine has gone up £41 for the upper east were it joins the south stand. Great view but all them stairs will be the death of me.
