Unbeaten in the behind closed doors derbies. I encourage all blues to not attend today's game and instead form a human shield around all turnstiles whilst wearing eye masks and noise cancelling headphones!
Think this ends 2-0 to them. They'll get pen and get a 2nd late on as we push for an equaliser.
Hope I'm wrong though, just be physical and give them no room to breathe blues!
To be fair to Dyche. We've actually won 38 points this season so far. Likely to exceed this. So that's an improvement. Albeit a small improvement over last few seasons.
I think at the time we were all pretty glad to see Moyes leave, so im not really trying to re-write history, but he not only bought well but he got the players playing for him and we did good things considering the point he took over.
Not great...
Crux of it was he rocked up, said we're crap and there's no way he could keep this team in the Prem which had a torrid run of games coming up as there was no legs/pace;
Dyche, through his own admission got the job because of the desperate...
Our only objective until finances ease is for us to stay in the Prem. It's sad, but unfortunately it is the fact of the matter.
Every single Evertonian wants more than that.
Once new owners are in, hopefully not 777, things will hopefully...
8 point deduction with 2 separate charges hanging over the team. Still having earned 38 points from 33 games he’s:
8 points better off than Cooper/Nuno at Forest
3 points better off than Frank at Brentford (having played a game less)
2 points...
I have severe doubts that he will ever take us on to be a team that completes for Europe. But he will get the points we need to ensure we enter BMD as a premier league club. Even if new owners come in, I suspect they will see Dyche as a safe bet...
I completely agree. Until finances are there what could we gain by bringing in a more expansive manager? We'd be calling him back by Christmas to give us the system that gets us safe.
Besides - and something not mentioned by the hack pundits...
Give the bloke a decent front three, two competent full backs, and even just one midfielder who can pick a pass, and if he’s still getting us 14th then all the detractors arguments will be correct.
I’m not going to judge any manager on football...
You cant knock what he's done in a terrible period for the club. Saving us from the drop in two of the most dangerous seasons we've ever had.
He's a strange one. I'd build a statue to him for what he's been able to save us from, but at the same...
