I'm not so sure Dave. The media now are so chummy with the athletes that no one really asks questions. There isn't a David Walsh, and Kimmage is pushed to the sidelines. GCN et al are just cycling PR.
Like it or not cycling has been badly tainted. The history of the sport is littered with drug cheats.So when a rider is breaking records on climbs stage after stage the reaction is natural. As with most things,time will tell.

I'd say we're probably one signing behind where we should be at this stage. No need for panic as we're clearly going after quality, which takes time. If we're sat here on 1st August and we're not signed a RW or CM my opinion will have changed.
