    Captain my Captain

Dunno but maybe we should leave it to the manager and coaches to decide these things , they somehow seem to have a good understanding of these things, maybe they see them in training , how players react to them etc .

Ok. At 15 a long way to go, so far I only see him as a defender , physicality/ body build will play a big part . I can’t think of any youngsters his height moving up into midfield, and Onyango trying to do the reverse of mid to defence has never worked out .

Eh ? Maybe we were seeing different things, my recollection is that when they pumped the ball forward to their striker he was the one marking that space and won just about every header.

I suspect you’re right, but we should suck up any cost or inconvenience and get these kids playing at HD. These are the kind of things which say we’re serious about developing young talent , catch the eye of future young signings and help us retain the likes of talents like Olayiwola, Nsangou ...

Come Monday after the usual 2 mins clip of this match and unless Beto or Barry score hat tricks it’ll be “ Been saying all season that Graham should be starting for us “

Fantastic ending there , I can’t under why more people don’t watch these games . A well deserved win I’d say.

A more enjoyable game than the u21s the other night. Some of the youngsters are looking good at this level , liking my first real look at McEveley , he’s got the size and showing good ability in the air and on the ground.

Matos featured initially last season but picked up an injury , fighting his way back in the team , a decent midfielder at this level
