- Disable browser extensions: Ad-blockers, privacy tools, and custom scripts are the most frequent cause of forum rendering issues. Try disabling them temporarily to see if the problem persists.
- Check your connection: Are you on a VPN? Sometimes VPNs or strict corporate firewalls block our servers. Try switching to a different network (like your mobile data) to rule out ISP or network-level blocking.
- Try a different browser: If it works in an Incognito/Private window or a different browser, the issue is likely tied to your specific browser settings.

If you’ve tried the steps above and the issue persists, we want to help. Please include the following details in your report so we can reproduce and fix the error quickly:
- A description of the error: What is happening versus what should be happening?
- Screenshots: A screenshot is worth a thousand words.
- Your Environment: What device (Phone/Desktop) and browser (Chrome/Safari/Firefox) are you using?
- Steps to Reproduce: Can you make the error happen on command, or does it seem random?
