Morning. I've recently got back from my morning run and it's already feeling quite a bit warmer than previous days. The River Mersey looked marvellous though!

In fairness they sounded a lot better than they looked.

Queen had the place rocking though. I swear neither act get a better audience anywhere else across the UK. The local yokels know how to party.

It was a good night. A bit emotional as it was only 12 months ago I was there with Cal. A bit hungover now like, but I'll survive.

Morning all. Hope you are all OK. I'm doing overtime. If I've worked this out right, any overtime I do between now and 15 September ( pay roll cut off date) will be paid on September's pay - holiday spends sorted!

Went to another Sweaty Saturday session at 7.30 this morning. It was foggy. Wasn't expecting that on my way to the gym.

Hope your hangover is improving Fred. Looks like a good night.

Foolishly I'm excited for the match today. I have to work until 1.30 so will follow the updates on my phone. I hope we smash Stevie Me's team all over the park!

Well , it is air conditioned and they've got the game on .

Into day 13 of no alcohol . Difficult as I'm desperate for a cold beer in this weather but otherwise all good.
