Star Trek: Wrath of Khan

Its been only forty years since this film originally got released, its still the best film of the entire franchise. While it was always way better as a show then films this one still packs a hell of a punch. People rag of Shatners over acting at times but he's absolutely perfect in this. The key scene between him and Nimoy is just brilliant. Fantastic stuff but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who isn't already a fan of or is invested in the franchise

Being released in cinemas in September for a limited run. Think the Motion Picture is out again next week

What I like is that it's a horror western, but the plot is not far fetched...

I'm pretty sure there were troglodytes in the old west. Early tribes that lived in caves and were just animals.

It reminds me very much of a Cormac McCarthy novel.

It's a bit of a slow burner, but it has a nice twist in the ending.

Leftfield choice and I'm not a fan (besides 'swingers') but this was surprisingly entertaining...

I didn't know what to expect with Vince Vaghn...

I kept thinking Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller were going to show up.

I soon relieased it wasn't that type of a movie.
