Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good summary jazzy.

Would love to know the point at which the defence attempted to amend the individual to ‘agent’ in their case. Was it a review or did they learn something new..

I suspect Vardy had plenty of people willing to offer dissenting views.
It's hard to say having not been involved.

Often with these cases even with the top legal teams you dont see the trees for the forest,

Brabners ( representing Rooney ) is a very very well regarded firm and unlikely they would have made such an error buit to amend the defence not once , but twice ..... well they got away with it , apart from a couple of costs orders.

Kinda strikes me that NI is still largely free of the major legal firms. We are still very much shop local.

And I say this as a good thing both personally and for the greater good. There is a lot to be said for the personal touch.

Happy Friday Friends. Another busy, busy week and it hasn't stopped as I'm about to head to Sofia's singing camp, she is doing an end of the week performance so looking forward to seeing what this group of campers put together. All this to say that I've yet to catch up to this thread but will do so hopefully later. I also wanted to let @Gwladysover that unfortunately we didn't win the lottery on Tuesday for your birthday. But still have another shot at it tonight :D It is going to be one of the biggest lottery prizes ever awarded so why not to think it can be us. And just like @Barnfred 55 knows, if I were to win that much of money all of our lives would be changed, not just mine so let's hope we win it. I think I have everyone's lucky numbers and will be playing those. But if any of you feel lucky and want me to send me some numbers here is how it is play: Pick five numbers from 1 to 70 and one Mega Ball number from 1 to 25. I should still be able to buy tickets online for another 5 hours so I will check again once I'm done with Sofi.

I just realized Everton is playing today, hopefully we do well. We need to gain some good momentum before the starting of the season. Maybe if we win the lottery we could all be there for the opening, wouldn't that be fantastic. So send me your numbers lovely people. Xxx

We didn’t win, oh well  lovely of you to buy a ticket for my birthday though. hope we had better luck last night. Enjoy the singing camp.

Morning friends.

Couple of pints down the pub and a very mild but tasty chick pea and cauliflower curry , then as promised back to do a scouting report on our new feeder club Burnley.

No outstanding players for us but as and when Frank wants to return to London I've found our new manager , that is unless he replaces Pep first.

Vincent Kompany take a bow. I have never seen such an atrocious football team transformed so completely and so quickly.

OK, it was the Championship but Burnley were staggeringly good. Lovely free flowing football , honestly you would never have believed it from such a traditionally dire team. I'm not a betting man but suspect that they must he bookies favourites to go up.

So, watched the first half and then left Mrs J in the safe but grubby hands of Monty Don whilst I listened to a bit of Human League and Deacon Blue.

Chucking it down again this morning ( sorry for making you envious @Gwladysover ) so my usual Saturday fry up and then a couple of hours moving and spreading gravel.

Might watch a bit of ping pong from the Commonwealth games this afternoon.

Saw the highlights of last night's game , decent workout.

On balance happy if Gama comes back but really don't want Barkley back.

Have a great day everyone.

Is that a bit like band camp Sass? We all know what goes on there?

Think I'd be keeping tabs on young Sofia if I were you.?
