Looks great there, we've never been. We often go to tap and kitchen just in the outskirts of oundle, and then to Ashton for a walk

We used to go to the Chequered Skipper in Ashton, haven’t been for years though. Barnwell Country Park has some good walks and a good play area too.

I spent 5 hours cutting hedges today. My day was very very hedge.

Sore all over, tomorrow will be a day of absolutely nothing bar out in the garden with drinks and music.

Sunday is the All Ireland Final (on TV) and despite the heat the plan is full Sunday roast and a sofa day.

Not much. Signed up for another 4 weeks of Sweaty Saturday at the gym - half an hour of high impact cardio at 7.30 am. Doing overtime Saturday and Sunday. Other than that not much. How about you? Anything planned?

Haha nice. 7:30 am at the gym. You’re braver than most! Then to work afterwards? That’s impressive. Not much planned for me as posted above. Still getting over a dose of Covid so taking it easy still. Looking forward to getting back to the gym myself.

Not sure yet mate. Will be in touch with friends and then deciding. There’s a nice Iranian place just down the road. I’m in the mood for that but it will be a consensus decision

I go with my daughter. I'm really rubbish at it. As I have often said I have the co-ordination of a p*ss*d up octopus. But I reckon that making some effort is better than no effort and has to be beneficial in the long term.
