One day we'll have real midfielders again and you all will be a tad embarrassed about your defense of this waster.
Theres a difference of saying "Doucoure isn't one of our worst midfielders" and that "Doucoure is absolutely gold and should be an Everton legend". WHEN FIT, he's been a BIG difference. It's like some people don't remember Gylfi fn Sigurdsson in our midfield not touching the ball for 15+ minutes and Andre Gomes getting waltzed by. Doucoure and Allan, whilst not as great as we hoped, are LIGHT years better than what we had the year before.

Cant he sign a contract with another team yet and be on a register in both countries?

I do wonder why Everton have no scouting network. Seems our knowledge consists exclusively of rejects from big teams in Europe, or the UK market, specifically backup players at 'Big 6' clubs.

Would be very disappointed if this lad isn't at least given a chance to prove himself. If he's then not got it get rid but at least give him a chance, he's still young and will only improve and did reasonably well for hearts last season.
Sale with a buy back option. The buying club has the use of the player and gets to make a profit if he is recalled.
The player gets experience.
Everton get a fee, saves on wages, allows the player to get experience but has first call if they want him back.

I disagree, I think we're bad with and without
