Very much so. Nice that his legacy lives on hereAll the Oasis stuff on BBC over the weekend has made Karl prominent in my thoughts. A very brave man.
@Gwladysover loved the photos. Bluebells are lovely but they are a job clearing up all their stalks once their time is over. Clearing the beds for planting the summer plants is a chore for me I admit- love a nice garden but not so much the maintenance of it.
@peteblue curious as to the song choice? What inspired that?
Some folk haven't got the brains they were born with. Hope your results are what you want them to be xWell as soon as the camera went up, the doctor said “Wow”.
So obviously I was like FFS..
It was just the amount of Colon that I’d had removed shocked him.
They removed 8 bits to send off for tests and also a few diverticula were spotted.
Could have been worse..
One divvie rocked up “I haven’t done my covid test and forgot to take my bowel prep as well, still ok to have the test though ?”
Erm, no mate. Go home..

Safe travel mate. We usually have to leave home at 3-30 for an early flight to Liverpool. Loved doing it but since Covid we haven't been overUp at 5.30 to drive to the airport to fly to Goodison. Looking forward to it now .

Went to see a mate yesterday and his wife had just got back from Madiera with her daughter ,she invited us in but I explained we don't believe that anyone hasn't got covid and that hopefully will keep us safe .She got very uppity about it and then said " Well we went to my daughter's home from the airport as she wanted to see the kids ,ne of whom was vomitting and not very well !" I cannot believe she is that thick but she did marry a red .Well as soon as the camera went up, the doctor said “Wow”.

Why does the fact that she has just returned from Madeira put her more at risk of getting an infection?Went to see a mate yesterday and his wife had just got back from Madiera with her daughter ,she invited us in but I explained we don't believe that anyone hasn't got covid and that hopefully will keep us safe .She got very uppity about it and then said " Well we went to my daughter's home from the airport as she wanted to see the kids ,ne of whom was vomitting and not very well !" Infections and deaths are through the roof here and people still seem oblivious .
That looks beyond good Blue.View attachment 162698And the fish when it came out
I have had a burgundy for the last 14 years, it is very definitely not red and woe betide anyone who suggests it is.My husband just told me the same, that burgundy is not red so forgive my blunder ?
8am and I now have a vision for the rest of the day?I did, and now I want to become an English police woman ? ?
One of our cars is burgundy too. It's like my burgundy t-shirts and what not - I'm not letting that shower make me exclude a colour from my repertoire.I have had a burgundy for the last 14 years, it is very definitely not red and woe betide anyone who suggests it is.
BL were so bad, even the truck section up here in Bathgate.mechanical repairs to his car.Sadly the 70s were a terrible time for industrial unrest at British Leyland. Constant strikes and shoddy workmanship. The designs were often beautiful but the finishing in the workplace were often shoddy. The TR7 was another design classic but mechanically very suspect. I was very young at the time but my memory of BL was strike after strike. They also made some terrible cars, including the Allegro and Marina - although I know a fellow classics owner who has kept a lovely Marina on the road.
I love my SD1 and Daimler but the DD6 breaks my heart and my pocket with its unreliability
I like a glass of Burgundy but must admit that I prefer Bordeaux.I have had a burgundy for the last 14 years, it is very definitely not red and woe betide anyone who suggests it is.
