I can`t call it, we literally could go down as much as stay up, one thing is for sure the away form needs to change and we need to start picking up points, can we win back to back games on Wednesday?
The one that could implode with their run of fixtures is Leeds. Wouldn't fancy that run-in at all...I think we need to go all out to beat Leicester on Wednesday to give us that 6 point gap because our next two is Liverpool away and Chelsea at home. The chances we take anything from them is slim whilst Burnley play 4 games in that time, 3 at home and one away to Watford. Do we trust Southampton and Wolves to not bottle it at Burnley? Surely they are winning at Watford, 2 wins will put them above us even if we beat Leicester.
It`ll be tight but I can see us spending a week or so in that relegation zone unless Burnley completely implode, which is exactly what every Evertonian is hoping for.

Oops lolI reckon Burnley will definitely get some points when they play Burnley...
Supporters trying to manage their own emotions, trying to think positively.I sometimes wonder if people live in the same reality I do. We’re not even close to being safe yet.
Like you say it is all what ifs, we could have beat Burnley and then got beat by United, which would have left us in the same position.I know it is all what ifs, but that Burnley result really is the most damaging......
Draw that game and we are 6 points above them now with a game in hand, if we had won that we would be 9 points clear now with a game in hand, I think we would be virtually home and hosed.
Such is our season!
Yes, but if we lose to Leicester and Burnley get 6 points from their next three it is squeaky bum time. We would be in relegation zone. It’s not that outlandish, I didn’t realise Watford’s home record was that bad (lost last ten at home), so Burnley will fancy that trip. You’re banking on Burnley winning 3 (three) games in a row for your scenario here chief.

All ifs and buts isn’t it. Got to do our business, and beat Leicester.
Well that's what I thought . . . and then I read this thread. If we get more points than the bottom three, do we stay up?
I agree with what you’re saying. I do think the next few weeks in particular are going to be very sketchy though and could very well see us in the relegation zone for a spell. It is indeed all ifs and buts. We still have to play Watford away too but no one will say we fancy that trip, the narrative will be that they’re due a win and so we can’t possibly get anything there. If we were in Burnley’s position we’d be acting like a point away at West Ham to leave us trailing them by 3 points having played a game more was an absolute disaster and all but confirmed us as down.
If there's anything more Everton that than that then I don't wanna know. Not unless we beat ourselves twice, by at least ten goals.
I wouldn't be surprised if Leeds had a bedwetting thread the equal of this. The one that could implode with their run of fixtures is Leeds. Wouldn't fancy that run-in at all...
