You listed Leeds (administration), Villa and Newcastle (both came back up) & then Forest and Wednesday who let’s be honest, weren’t as big when they went at all.
They are the most *recent examples fella, just to show the variances of what may or may not occur.

its a tough call to predict what fate may hold in store for us but essentially we would be starting from a very poor footing with the financial mess and the EFL rules being far stricter.

*that spring to mind of good sized clubs with history.

There are others West Ham, Chelsea, Man City have all dropped over the years, but I don’t want to risk it, things will most likely turn out hard for us to get back up.

Sunderland….

Probably because we're on the verge of relegation ultimately.

Benitez still had 20+ games to turn things around - If we lose saturday we could be in the bottom 3 with only 8 games left which includes Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal & Leicester (2) 3 of those being away ties.

We wont stay up if Lampard can't dig out results look at Wigan under Martinez. We've shipped 9 goals in 3 games to Burnley, Crystal Palace and West Ham and cant score from open play.

I don't want to see another manager sacked but I think the board will be accepting relegashun if they don't do one last roll of the dice and hope for a new manager bounce ala Leeds/someone who can tighten us up.
What?

Haven’t read the whole 11 pages. Those who suggest Lampard needs to be booted should also have to come up with a credible alternative

If i had the brainpower and time i could have listed all the teams with an analysis of how long they stayed down/never came back up etc and then done a deep dive onto how it affected their finances/gates/signings etc etc but i just couldn't be arsed to be honest, i was just picking a few noteworthy examples!

Im convinced it will be a fatal blow for us and the consequences dont even bear thinking about!

I still have faith but its looking harder and harder with each passing week.

i need a lie down in a dark room with one of Rooney's casts offs:Blink:

While I don't think he was the right man to keep us up, no he shouldn't be sacked think it's too late to change again.

He's got some championship experience and is probably a decent shout to have in charge to try and get promoted.

Big Sam, don't make me laugh he couldn't save W.B.A. so how would he save us now. If Fat Sam comes anywhere near this club I won't be renewing my season ticket.
