Honestly reckon we'll get like 3-4 points.

We need unexpected results which teams towards the bottom are capable of getting at this stage of the season. Problem is these teams usually have a bit of character about them.

Watford are better than Burnley. I expect they'll turn us over big time and that'll like leave us needing 6 points from those two home games which I very much doubt we'd get.

If we do go down we’ll need to sell:
Calvert-Lewin; 50 mill
Richie; 50 mill
Allan; 10 mill
Pickford; 30 mill

Plus contracts expiring of Sigurdsson, Delph and Tosun.

That’s 140 million in transfer fees plus around 30 million a year in wages in total.

These savings, plus parachute payments, would probably keep the banks away/FFP clear for one season as long as we could get promoted at the first time of asking, if we don’t then we’re in serious turmoil.
Not getting near that for Dom, Rich, or Pickford if we go down. Other clubs aren't as stupid as we are and we'll have no leverage as we'd need to sell.

Yeh we aren't the sort of team to pop up with a peformance these days. City seems a long way ago.

None of my mates care about football at all now, but if this was 10 years or so I wouldn't want to even see anyone all summer

I don’t think we will get full value for those players if we go down, probably get about £100m for that lot, other teams have “relegation clauses” in players contracts which means the players pay get cut in half when they go down. This means the player is incentivised to get a move. For us the big earners do not have these clauses, so the pressure is on the club to offload them, because our revenue will be down by 2/3rds and keeping those players will bankrupt the club.

We’re gone. Since October we’ve be the worst team in the league, and we’ve just conceded 3 goals against a team who usually never scores. There is no hope.
