You had the blood test ? If not ask he who sees in dark places to sort it ,we have to have a test every year at my age and I go next week for the next . Oh no I done a Fred must read ahead next time.
 

It's turned into a beautifully sunny day down here again. A bit cold but the wind isn't as strong as yesterday. It rained overnight which will keep the farmers happy but hardly a cloud in the sky now. Might get out for a walk later if it stays this way. My brother in law was saying that it snowed on the Wirral last night.:(

Having smoked mackerel salad for lunch and am cooking my Chinese fried rice with hot and spicy chicken tonight. One of my faves. Lot's of prepping but worth it.
