I reckon this could well be that rarest of beasts, an Everton draw.

We’ve been liquified manure away for the most part, but we did get a draw at Chelsea well into our slump in December - and this match feels about the same size and shape. We also managed a draw against Spurs at Goodison.

The Tottenham that shows up is such an open question, too… and ultimately we’re all guilty of too much hope where Everton are concerned… so a point doesn’t seem too unreasonable a proposition to me.
