We had the chance to save the season in November or at the very latest after the derby. We doubled down and made it worse.

We shouldn't let people forget.

That Kopite did so much damage.

Why would you want to bring up Benitez…

It helps nobody and just causes arguments, which is not what we need right now.

Cause he's a massive part of why we are in this mess and that a home defeat to Man City has left us a point off the drop zone. And a group of fans stuck by him for no reason.

So I'm very sour about it. I won't argue with anybody. Everybody I was referring to knows they were wrong.

I see how we played today, at least with some attacking endeavour and pressing, and intensity, and think why we let it go on so long. Because a month could have made a huge difference.

I'm not, actually.

He is the biggest reason we are in such a tosh position. The players take their share of the blame, absolutely, but there is no way we should be down in this position. And we didn't have to be, if they'd have sacked him when they should have done (they should never have hired him)

The players take 90% of the blame in my eyes - so far under Frankel we have hardly set the world alight (the performances at home have been good).

These players have thrown us under the bus all season - Keane yet again tonight.

Obviously the result is incredibly disheartening, especially in the context of our desperate and precarious situation.

However, our last two matches at home have been amongst our best performances of the last decade! Why is it that we have been so impressive in our last two home matches and yet we’ve been unable to perform as impressively away from home?

Man City will win the league at a canter and will almost certainly win the Champions League, too. And yet we made them look ordinary at times today.

As an aside the fans were brilliant today for the second match in a row.

I cant see a win anytime soon its really happening isn't it.

This is silly. I am a glass half empty man but plenty of positives to take from today. This was always a shot to nothing and we nearly got something. Leeds and Brentford both look worse than us currently. Spurs have lost a couple of home games recently.
