His motivation isn't that easy to deduce, mate. The fact is he's played one of either Osman, Pienaar or Arteta there for almost all of the last 4 or so years. They are all right footed central midfielders.

You may well be right but I think I am too.

We have a vast majority of right footed players tho mate. Even Bilyaletdinov has played most of his games there.

Didn't Bily play most of his games in his first season at RM?

I don't remember Pienaar not playing, I mean, and Pienaar played LM.

Oh God.

Send him back.

SEND HIM BACK.

Nah seriously I watched a vid about him before on the youtubes. He seems a pretty ace guy. Started learning football on 'the streets' and that's why he's got mad skills; the Brazilian effect, but Dutch. He also skates and said he had to pick which passion to follow. I think I love him to be honest.

He likes playing right footed central midfielders at LM.

Me too mate. He looks a boss talent and I think Moyes can work through his flaws and problems to get the best out of him.

The worry for me is less "will he be good?" and more "will he stick around when he's on a bosman?"
Thats the problem mate, will he stick around,he could well set the place afire and we just wont see any longterm benfit from it and for me at least this utter shortsightedness by the club is driving me mad.

For all we know mate he only wanted to sign here on loan. He might be trying to reclaim some form before going to a club more suited to his undoubted talent.

Get off him Ronaldo you effing bummer:

I remember first seeing him w/ Babel and De Jong a couple of years ago at the U20s. He is a very exciting player. I remember him most for his energy and his 20 foot slide in the water.
