Had nothing given for him. Everything lumped up to him against the big CB's that brighton have.

I just dont blame him for missing a pen, it happens. If we go 2-1 in the first half the game changes, i still have little confidence we get anything out of it anyway.

It's just one of them, that's the first pen he's missed.

It happens, his quality was still on display. He'll be gone in the summer unfortunately.

He's a great penalty taker usually. It was just one one those. It happens to everyone.

Even the best penalty takers miss. Cavani, Ronaldo, Fernandes - they all step up to the spot and deliver some God-awful jarg from time to time.

Asking DCL to take while he's still figuring his body out post-injury with a serviceable taker in Gray waiting in the wings seemed very questionable.

It was good to see Dominic Calvert-Lewin back playing for us today, it's been too long. Thought he had some good touches and hold-up play, although I was disappointed that he missed his penalty as you'd expect any professional footballer to at least get it on target. Mind you, even world-class players miss now and then.

If you pay attention, he's put every single penalty he's taken the same way/corner. Robert Sanchez knew that. No idea why he didn't just roll it in the other corner given the conditions
