Whilst technically that second disallowed was offside (by literally a centimetre of so) as could be seen by the 18 yard line, it was made very clear at the start of this season that VAR would use “thicker lines” to remove any of these exceptionally close calls being ruled out.

Genuinely I think that decision is bordering on corruption. Either that or extreme incompetence.
