FIA/stewards set precedent early on in the season, if there is runoff there is leeway.
Also, some of you in here *really* have a thing against certain drivers/teams. It really shows your bias. In reality, all the teams are dirty and underhanded and will do anything to argue their side or gain an advantage.
Same is true of the drivers. Favorites get the pass, villains are the devil. What Lewis did to Max at Silverstone was a thousand times worse than getting forced off the road with a huge run-off at (comparatively) low speeds.
So we are clear on my biases....Perez is the driver on the grid I want to see do the best.......I don't like Max, Lewis doesn't float my boat - but I want Honda to leave the sport with a title.
Nonsense. Again that incident was because of Verstappen being too aggressive in defence and cutting across a racing line.
Level around a sweeping apex, and Verstappen does this - cutting across the car to the right. He caused the collision by being daft.
There's one driver I have a dislike of, and that's Bottas, as he's along for a free ride and is consistently useless. It's annoying, especially this season, as you could have had a legitimate three or four way title fight. Perez you can excuse as adjusting, but not Bottas.
As for team biases, I couldn't give a toss really. It's not like football, I don't have a team - if I support a 'team' in F1, it's solely down to the best looking livery and that'd be Aston Martin in my eyes, but that's all I care about with the cars.
No, I just want the best driver, whoever it is, to win fairly in a well contested title fight. I don't like Hamilton
or Verstappen based on how they present themselves to the public, but they're both sensational drivers. It just so happens one constantly shoots himself in the foot with his aggression.
