I feel more like my normal self today. Will take me a couple of hours to get going properly. I'm seeing some friends tonight so that should help keep me in the zone. I'll make sure I don't over do it. I've been given a wheelchair as well and I didn't think I would take to it but I have as it makes things easier for everyone.
It's not too sunny here but hope you all have a lovely day.

Good to hear you are more like yourself today. A wheelchair can make such a difference, my friend has difficulty walking and had resisted the idea for ages until she was finally persuaded, truth be told we all nagged her into it lol. She would never go on trips as it meant either just sitting in the car or finding a bench near to the car park, the chair has liberated her and recently her daughter took her on holiday to Scotland, something which would have been impossible otherwise. Daughter regretted it when she had pushed her up the hills a few times.?. It’s very flat round where we live and sometimes difficult to appreciate how hilly the rest of the country can be. Enjoy meeting your friends, take it easy.?

Good to hear you're a but better today mate. Think you're doing the right thing with the wheelchair. Best to take a pragmatic approach in my view. Cals uncle hated them because he reckoned people always ignore you when sat in one. But it also meant he never left the house so never saw anybody anyway.

I don't think you get ignored. I was worried people sometimes make to much of a fuss and talk in that patronising voice. However I will be telling people I'm the same person talk to.me like you always have.

i’m ok to be honest just can’t really face the gym and I hate that so I feel this might put me in the mood .
it wasn’t a bad weekend The only low point of this weekend was the 90 mins , well in all honestly slightly less in my case , sat watching that shower on Saturday.

Plus the 90 minutes sat watching the other shower yesterday. I never actually saw that game as I was travelling back home, but my brother in law is a red so I had to sit through MOTD with him.
