Agree...but the next manager will also be crap...thats the issue as there are not many managers around that can deal with personalities like ronaldo...mourinho ironically would probably be the best they can hope for in order to deal with a squad full of big personalities.

Ronaldo is one of the best players ever so ultimately it is what it is.

We shackled him well when he came on, bar that one chance which he nearly got in.

I went mad when Townsend scored, I didn't even flinch when Davies played the ball to mina. I knew he was off instinctively after watching football for 30 odd years you develop that sense of if its a goal or not.

harsh on Rondon for me - i’m not a fan of his at all but he held it up at times and challenged well in the air

Good result in the end.I thought Gray was excellent along with most of the others. Defended well and looked threatening on the break. Next step has to be score first away from home.
