We have a manager with a tactical brain, they have one with a pin-sticker's. How OGS has lasted this long is beyond me. The gulf in class is so that if the managers swapped places we'd get annihilated. However, they aren't and OSG's ineptitude, rather than RB's tactics should be enough to make this a lot more comfortable that most here seem to think.

Only my opinion of course.
