Finished runners up in a Summer League, got battered in the final by a team full of ex academy kids. Every team in the league was onto a hiding to nothing when they played this team.

I felt like that playing for a local church team - v South Liverpool youth under 18s we got beat 14 - 2 .... Jimmy Case played for them at the time - I could not get near him to kick him lol

If DCL had struck said bulbous gut with the penalty, would;

(a) it’s plentiful blubber have simply consumed the ball like a Venus fly trap?

or;

(b) would the ball instead have ricocheted off and bounced along the Shelter roof creating the illusion of thunder?
