ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I was only a kid, can't really recall Shankley too well, but Paisley was the first of that lot I can really say I remember and have an opinion on, he was portrayed by them as "Cuddly old Uncle Bob",my own recollections are a little different he would always patronise/praise the RS opposition after one of their numerous victories, however the mask would well and truly slip in a rare defeat, a real nasty bitter side would appear, excuses for their loss would abound and as a youngster I really couldn't abide him.

My grandad hated Paisley with a passion, since watching him as a player - used to call him a "big dirty classless shoitouse footballer" who just wrestled and fouled all the time.

He didn't care for him as a manager either - as others have said, the sorest of sore loosers, so fit the kopites like a hand in a glove.

Theyve committed atrocities beyond most other clubs combined history yet are still the establishment team and have the media drinking out their trough 24/7. I don’t think PR is their problem, they’ve got better PR than most totalitarian regimes, never seen anything like it.
Kim Klopp ;) lol

I am sure someone will already have pointed out that “Kenny Dagliesh is a homosexual” is homophobic and that we use the chelsea rent boy chant year in year out.

FFS! It’s relentless.
I referenced this yesterday. A classic nothing story just to get them noticed. Reminiscent of the Royal family placing stories with friendly news outlets like the Mail or Telegraph. Their PR department must be huge.
Reminds me of reading about the USSR. Most censorship was self imposed by journalists due to the fear of reprisals.
