I remember criticising the fans a few years ago and he went absolutely ham on me calling me a Kenwright happy clapper and everything. He was a spicy man.

To be almost fair, I've been calling him Fat Benny for a few days now, that amongst a great number of other terms.
I still can't bring myself to call him by his actual name or listen to him talk.
It still just seems wrong.

I had a similar situation with him about Ancelotti's training regime. He was quoting the headline of a discredited article that claimed Bayern players had organised additional training sessions because of the manager's lax approach.

I pointed out that Robben and another player had called the journo responsible out, denied the whole thing, but Gwlad the Impaler had no time for details like that.

I still miss him though. Getting a like from him during a matchday thread was my forum highlight.
