Now you're talking!

Hairy hand's partner in crime used Everton's vacant managerial position to screw a few more quid out of Sky Sports.

No chance the sex pest will mention that though.

Remember that now, he did actually get bumper new contract to mess up all the Sky analysis tech for another 10 years. Used us as a stalking horse, remember him getting out of a taxi in front of Goodson for talks, with loads of fans around shaking hands, tipped of his Sky mates who were all there with their cameras and it was all over the news. Que Rupert Murdoch, paging him - ha ha!

Oh and Ravenelli went to Midelsbourgh, when real life is stranger then fiction and 302 on Ceefax always broke bad news! lol

But they run the club mate its ultimately their club - what do people want to go back to the days of Kenwright, sell to buy, hiring relegated managers with failed ground move after ground move?

None of us complained when we were throwing money around and laughing about Kopites heada falling off over BMD - as the saying goes if you invite the devil into your back yard he may just like it and decide to stay...

Relegated managers you say?

Sorry mate couldn't resist

I hated Bill Shankly - but when that lot crapped on him & he came to our games every week, & i read about some former players admiring him as a great man manager the more I read about him, he came across as a great manager - when we won the league in 1970 - they gave manager of the year to Don Revie, he wrote to the FA saying - Harry Catterick deserved it more than Revie .......

he was a great phycologist of a manager too - Joe Royle mentions that .....so after many years, my hatred - turned into a bit of warmth for him .....
I am not happy with RB coming, but I will judge him on results & performances - the bitching on here OMG no moans when Sheedy, Harper & Beardsley & Ablett plus a certain Johnny Morrissey came to us - in fact I cannot remember ever signing a dud player off them......

A manager is different - I agree, but like any Manager if he fails they get sacked anyway......

It will not stop me supporting my club - they are in my blood since I was born .....
