We're the only club that, when linked with a player, the fans automatically write it off, because we all know we only sign players we hadn't been linked with before.

We're definitely unique in that respect.

Recently we only sign players we've never heard of from teams we've never heard of in leagues we've never heard of.
 
If there is to be any transfer movement regarding Everton it will most likely start with Yobo and Yakubu leaving, as most will undoubtedly know.

So why would we know about an impending signing for the club without prior news of either of the two Nigerians being lined up by someone else?

I swear these rumours are all just re-spawned for the hits, getting pretty boring now.
