Would have liked one more season with him. We improved slightly from last season and players will want to come and play for him. But he hasn't been pulling up trees. We're a mediocre club with him we're a mediocre club without him.

The club needs a coherent strategy. If they want brands in charge then bring in a coach who will work with his players. If not, bin Brands and get a manager in who will build the club from the ground up.
