Yes the team is bad, but Carlo should have got them playing in a suitable system months ago. Seems to me people were right about him needing a top team to get any kind of success.. tbf most managers would do well with a great team at their disposal. I'm not a big Sam fan but he did better with what he had than Carlo is.
