When we spend all summer chasing our no1 targets in one or two areas - RB/RW to miss out on them and then have to settle for our 3rd/4th choice 48hrs before the end of the window, we would be grateful for someone like Gilmour, if not to start, to bring on instead of the likes of Andre Tresemme, and i think he's one, or someone like that, that we could agree early doors which ticks off a position we need reinforced.
Its going to be near impossible to sign 4/5 players this summer, especially if we want to aim for the best available.
Optimistically it will be 2 or 3 targets and hope to grab a couple of decent loans to pad it out.

We aren't that faf behind top 4 points wise and beating rubbish teams should be an easier thing to overcome next season, I'm optimistic

The teams around us and above us are all going to improve this summer. Other than if Spurs lose Kane, which i dont expect to happen tbf. He will be priced out of it by Levy.

A more normal season will bring less unusual results next year. If we don't get it right we will find it even harder to match teams.

Well you have to think we in the top ten, probably have the least possession and goals from all the other teams, arguably had more injuries than most.

I’d imagine ancelotti will still be pragmatic at times especially away from home, but just that extra bit of quality throughout the team, 2 extra attackers. Could get us 20 more goals. A quality CM and RB. Could make a huge difference. Personally I think we’re in better shape, with more room for improvement than many of the other teams around us.

How do Spurs replace 25 goals and 15 assists. Even with 130mil in their pocket. How will Son react. West Ham had hardly any injuries. Have a small squad, will moyes get the money abs they will be playing Thursday/Sunday. Leicester look like tossing away champions league 2 years running. Vardy finally looks done. Can they go again in the chase for 4th.

Arsenal have some good kids, but some old players that don’t look that interested as well, Arteta isn’t a great manager IMO and will he get proper money to spend.

Leeds is the interesting one, 2nd season syndrome, will teams start to figure them out?

I’m hopeful is we get the signings right, we will get 5th or 6th next season

He’s a talented lad, I’m not sure he has the pace and 7 goals in 95 games is a worry. We need more goals in the team.

He’s extremely quick, something we lack, but yes he needs to work on his final ball
The fact he can run makes him better than iwobi and Bernard for starters
