Can tell he's a good player despite his off colour performance but how difficult must it be to play next to Gomes and Sigurdsson. Has to be the most immobile midfield trio in the history of the league.

Can you imagine having Davies, Delph and 6 year old Timmy available to play cm......and your manager still decides on Gomes.

He was as much a part of that midfield disappearing act as the rest of them and it's not the first time unfortunately.

Doucoure is everything to our midfield.

Totally agree. He’s trying to cover everything because we’re so open. Can’t believe the lack of understanding

Did what he could, but he is just one man. Needs legs around him as others have said. We are missing Doucoure hugely.
