If they had a vote to the 14 now, I reckon all 14 would vote against expelling them.
Depends on how much financial trouble they are really in and what the small print on the contracts is.Do we really think they're going to go ahead with this? They've done untold damage to their brands and the only way out of this is to slither back into a revamped Champions League that weights the dice in their favour. I can't see how they can possibly go ahead with this league.
United's share price is down 3% today. No wonder Utd and Juventus share price is on the upward trend, since this broke.

JP Morgan on Monday said that it was financing the new breakaway Super League, announced by 12 of Europe's biggest soccer clubs on Sunday. Probably just didn't want to be left out at the end of the day. Spanish and Italian clubs want the money to get out of debtLike I said earlier. Not remotely surprised the Mericans went with it; its what they know. They basically do not care.
Less so with Chelsea and City though. Dont get that one.

That frustration should be going to the owners
Well yeah. The likes of Barcelona are in a right mess financially speaking. I'm a bit confused as to how Barca are signed up to it, as I thought they were owned by their fans in the same way German clubs are, and the fans seem universally opposed to it.Depends on how much financial trouble they are really in and what the small print on the contracts is.
A bit more lucrative CL might not be enough to keep some of the non-UK teams afloat after their awful management.
We are just a bunch of lap dogs. I don’t see the appeal of a league you can never get relegated from and basically play the same teams over and over again. If they expel them, the gap will be even bigger because the TV money would go from The Premier League, to the Super League.
That's why the six won't be expelled, there's zero appetite for it from the 14 clubs.
Down from what yesterday?United's share price is down 3% today.
